1 cauliflowerā
1 tbsp Avocado oilā
Seasoning:ā
1 tbsp dried dill or fresh dillā
1/2 tsp cuminā
1/2 tsp garlic powderā
Salt and pepper to taste
Tahini sauce:ā
1/4 cup tahiniā
1/4 tsp garlic powderā
1/4 tsp saltā
1/4 tsp pepperā
1/4 cup waterā
3 Tbsp lemon juiceā
2 Tbsp fresh dillā

1.Preheat oven 350 F / 176 Cā
2.Place the cauliflower florets on the baking sheet. Add the avocado oil on top of the cauliflower.ā
3.Add all the ingredients for the seasoning to a bowl and stir until combined. Sprinkle the seasoning over the cauliflowerā
4.Roast the cauliflower in the oven for 1 hr.ā
5.Prepate the tahini sauce mixing all the ingredients.ā
6.Once the cauliflower is ready drizzle with the tahini sauce.ā
