𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: (2 persons)

•2 organic chicken breast, cooked and shredded •3 cups red cabbage, sliced

•1 cup organic carrots, shredded

•1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

•3 green onions, white and green part sliced

•2-3 mandarins or oranges

•1/3 cup almonds, sliced

•Sesame seed for garnish

Dressing:

•3 Tbsp coconut aminos, Tamari or soy sauce

•2 Tbsp olive oil

•3 Tbsp sesame oil

•4 Tbsp rice vinegar

•1 tsp ginger

•1/2 tsp garlic powder ⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝗼𝐧𝐬:

1.In a bowl combine all the vegetables, mandarins, almonds and chicken. Toss well to combine.

2.In a different bowl combine all the dressing insgredients. Pour over salad before serving.

3.Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

•2 pechugas de pollo orgánicas, cocidas y desmenuzadas

•3 tazas col morada, rebanada

•1 taza de zanahorias, trituradas

•1/2 taza de cilantro, cortado

•3 cebollas verdes, rebanadas

•2-3 mandarinas o naranjas

•1/3 taza almendras rebanadas

•semillas de sésamo,para adornar

Aderezo:

•3 cdas coco aminos,Tamari o salsa soya

•2 cdas aceite de oliva

•3 cdas aceite de sésamo

•4 cdas vinagre de arroz

•1 cdta de jengibre

•1/2 cdta de ajo en polvo ⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐢𝗼𝐧𝐞𝐬:

1.Mezclar todas las verduras, mandarinas, almendras y pollo. Revólver bien.

2.En otro recipiente mezclar todos los ingredientes del aderezo y menear súper bien. Agregar a la ensalada antes de servir.

3.Decorar con semillas de sésamo.

•1 Frozen banana, chopped

•1/2 cup frozen mango, chopped

•1/4 cup almond or coconut milk

Toppings:

•Kiwi fruit

•Dragon fruit

•Coconut


𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝗼𝐧𝐬:

Everything in a blender or food processor!

Ingredients:

•5 apricots (you can use any kind of berries, peach..)

•2Tbsp monk fruit sweetener (Lakanto)

•2 tsp monk fruit sweetener , to sprinkle

•1 cup almond flour

•2 tsp Baking powder

•1/3 cup coconut oil,melted

•1 large egg

•1 tsp vanilla

•1 tsp lemon zest

•4Tbsp Rum (optional)

•Vegan vanilla Ice cream


Instructions:

(see the video)


1.Preheat oven 375 F.

2.Cut the apricots in half and soak them in 4 Tbsp of rum.

4.In a bowl add 2 Tbsp of monk fruit, almond flour, baking powder,melted coconut oil, egg,vanilla, lemon zest, and then 3 or 4 Tbsp of rum that you used for the apricots .Mix everything.

5.Pour the batter in a 8 inch oven proof frying pan or any baking pan, then place the apricots over the mixture on the top and sprinkle with 2 tsp of monk fruit. Bake for 25 min until is puffed and golden.

6.Let it cool for 10 min and top with ice cream.

•2 cdas de edulcorante monk fruit (Lakanto)

•2 cdtas de edulcorante monk fruit para espolvoreaar

•1 taza de harina de almendra

•2 cdtas de polvo para hornear

•1/3 taza de aceite de coco, derretido

•1 huevo

•1 cdta de vainilla

•1 cdta de ralladura de lima

•4 cdas de Ron(opcional)

•Nieve de vainilla vegana
