  • Chicken breast organic

  • Wraps (Tumaro’s garden veggies)

  • Butter lettuce

  • Avocado

  • Shredded carrots

  • Red cabbage

  • Coriander

  • Green onions

  • salt and pepper

  • Peanut sauce (you can see the recipe in the Roasted Broccoli post).


𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝗼𝐧𝐬

  1. Cook the chicken breast.

  2. Spread avocado over the wrap, top with all the vegetables and chicken.

  3. Drizzle with the peanut sauce and wrap it up.

  4. Voilà, Enjoy!

  • Aguacate

  • Zanahorias trituradas

  1. Cocer la pechuga de pollo.

  2. Untar aguacate en todo el wrap y poner pollo y todos los vegetales sobre el aguacate.

  3. Poner un poco de salsa de cacahuate y cerrar tu wrap.

1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond coconut milk

2 cups organic gluten free oats

2 tbsp @lakanto maple syrup

3/4 almond flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

toppings:

Fresh blueberries

banana

raspberries
